Approach
How we work
Most agencies describe their process as a diagram with four arrows in it. Discovery, design, build, launch. It tells you nothing, because every agency draws the same diagram.
Here is what actually happens, and why it matters to you.
-
We check it before you have to
Before anything is handed over, we go through it ourselves. We fill in your own forms and confirm the messages actually arrive. We check the site works for someone using a screen reader or only a keyboard. We look for the mistakes that quietly put information at risk.
Filling in the forms sounds obvious. It is the step almost nobody does, and it is the one that catches the problems you would otherwise find out about from a customer.
-
We try to break our own work
It is easy to build something that looks like it is working. So once a safeguard is in place, we deliberately try to get around it and make sure it stops us. If it does not, it was never really protecting anything.
Worth knowing: this is why our timelines include time that does not look like it is producing anything. It is producing the part you cannot see.
-
You own everything
Your web address stays in your account. Your hosting is in your name. Your information is yours, and you can take a copy whenever you want.
If you ever want to move to someone else, nothing needs our permission and nothing needs our involvement. We think that is the right arrangement, and it also means we have to keep earning the relationship.
-
AI is a tool, and we finish the work
We use AI heavily, and we are direct about that, because it is how a small company delivers work of this quality quickly and for less than a traditional agency charges. AI gets us most of the way there. It does not get us the rest of the way, and we never pretend it does.
Everything it touches is reviewed and corrected by hand before you see it. That step is the whole difference between a shop that ships whatever the machine produced and one that does not. What you get back is finished work, not AI slop.
Who you deal with
You work with the person building it
No account manager, no handoff, no junior doing the work while someone else takes the call. The person you talk to is the person doing it.
That does not change as we grow. What grows is everything around the work rather than in front of it. The building stays where it is.
Want to talk it through?
Tell us what you are trying to do in a sentence or two. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we should build for you.
