Accessibility at Union Crest Digital
We want this site, and everything we build for clients, to work for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or any other assistive technology. This page is an honest account of what we have actually done and what is still outstanding. It is not a claim of certification.
What we have tested and fixed
Last reviewed August 22, 2026.
- Every image carries alternative text.
- Every form field on our questionnaires and client tools has a properly associated label.
- Text and background colors were measured against the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast minimum of 4.5:1. Two colors fell just short and were darkened until they passed.
- Every page begins with a "Skip to content" link so keyboard users are not forced through the entire navigation on each page.
- Keyboard focus is always visible, with a clear outline on the focused element.
- Each page declares its language and uses a single, ordered heading structure.
What we have not done yet
We would rather tell you this than imply a level of testing we have not performed.
- We have not completed a full manual audit with a screen reader across every page and flow.
- We have not had our sites reviewed by an independent accessibility specialist.
- Third-party components we rely on, such as embedded forms and payment links, have not been individually audited.
- We do not claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. We are working toward it.
If something does not work for you
Tell us and we will fix it. This is the fastest way to get a real problem resolved, and we treat these reports as priority work rather than feedback to file away.

For our clients
Accessibility is part of what we build, not an add-on. When we build a site or a tool for a client, the items listed above are checked as part of the work. If a client needs a formal conformance audit for legal or funding reasons, that is a specialist engagement and we will say so rather than pretend our internal review is a substitute.
